It is truly awful and causes a lot of anxiety and loss of sleep. I have lived in 4 other apartments and even had families above me and never had this much noise. Apparently, he did receive a call because now he is deliberately making even more noise and turning up his music at night in the bedroom above me. The office has said there is nothing they can do and that I should call security. I have indeed called security three times and have never received a response.
