Mold, Noise, and Plumbing Issues
I have also had a big problem since I moved in with the tenants above me. They are nocturnal and very active until about one in the morning. As a result, I am not sleeping well, if at all. The present tenant is very heavy footed and stomps around and does all sorts of things throughout the night. This also occurs during the day, but this I can tolerate somewhat more. This is an issue for the office staff and they have not dealt with it. There is also a problem with the plumbing in the apartment above me that has not been fixed despite my complaining three times. When he flushes the toilet or uses a sink, there is a loud, prolonged noise coming from the pipes. I do not know if a plumber was even sent out to investigate. I have had two different people visiting me that work in or have experience in construction and they both say it is air in the pipes. This is yet another noise issue with this apartment.
